HIATZ #7: Grundverkehrskrimi 2
Der Schwamm ist ein Faszinosum: Unter Wasser lebt er, ist ein Tier, keine Pflanze. Außerdem saugstark und gelb und hohl und zwar sehr. Und natürlich gibt es sie noch in viel mehr Farben und alle ihre Eigenschaften lassen sich hier auch nicht aufzählen. Eines aber haben die Tierchen alle gemein: Sie sind schwammig. Schwammig ist lt. Landesrat auch das Grundverkehrsgesetz.
Kein Wunder also, dass es da zu unterschiedlichen Interpretationen kommen kann, wenn Bauernland plötzlich zu Bauland wird – in unserer Folge #3 Grundverkehrskrimi 1 hat Max darüber schon berichtet.
